  1. ADVISORY VISITS TO PORT MORESBY BUSINESS COLLEGE  (6th AUGUST 2013)
Presented Certificate to Principal Mr.John L. August
for participating and providing quality data.

Conduct Orientation and Awareness campaign and
Quality Training and Management Audit / Survey.

The final step in the quality audit procedure is to review the results of the audit. Working with management, auditors present their overview of the results, highlighting both strengths and areas for improvement. Sample Evaluation Chart results is shown below.

The outcome of the Audit for the eight (8) Technical/Business Colleges and National Polytechnic Institute where the results of the Audit conducted by MQA officers namely: Mr. Rufino Rivera – Manager CID MQAB, Mrs. Agatha Simango – Assistant Manager CID MQA M&E Section, Mrs. Betty Napil – TVET OMD Research officer, Mr. Yali Yanubagi – Assistant Manager Asset Management OMD and Mr. Markus Magep – MQA CID Research Officer are based on the findings provided by the teachers and administrators of the institutions.
The areas audited are Physical Resource Management, Human Resource Management, Financial Management, Information Management, Teaching and Learning, Teacher Professionalism, Assessment, and Curriculum.

We may be able to schedule a follow-up audit to demonstrate that we have addressed any problems. Our audit will also reveal areas where we have met our quality improvement goals, and we will be able to set higher goals to accomplish for our next quality audit. This will also serve as our basis in selecting the best performing TVET institutions next year.

Certificates were issued to all TVET colleges we have visited to show them that we are acknowledging their participation and the TVET CID MQA Branch is serious in finding ways on how to attain and maintain quality training and management system in all TVET institutions.
